Storage/garage where you also have room to work?

Are there any places around here that let you rent a garage space for x dollars per day/week/month where you can store a vehicle AND have ample room to work on it?

There are many available, BUT finding a 'decent' one close to the Milwaukee area is not easy.....

I have a place, but everyone here is too cheap. Its 160 a month, heated year round with 24/7 access. Secured by ADT alarm, air compressor and electric lift is shared by other members of facility.

The price is right, but sharing a lift/air compressor would kill the deal for me.....

You can install your own lift / air compressor. Other members paid for the current tools and are generous enough to allow community use.

Its a shared shop, pretty tight nit group of friends in it now. Stalls are about 15 X 20 with some shelf storage and what not.

Well $160 a month might seem like too much for most but when it's 10 fricking degrees out it's PRICELESS...!!!
