A 911 GT2 is a amazing import. This over bloated, picnic table wing havin', cabonfiba splita wearin mofo, is THE' ricer of a all ricers. Not to mention all of the test and reports have been a totally false. They have put production of this thing off more times then the playstation3 because it will not perform as said in independent tests. They also probably can't figure out how to put a warranty on a time bomb and make money. They are a joke just as said supra/skylines of the past. I have nothing against imports but, these are far from the world beaters they are being touted as and ugly too.

Every video Ive seen of any timed car around the ring had a rolling start.

Lets forget the RING times for a second. 3.3 second 0-60 times have been confirmed here in the states, and 11.6 quarter mile times have been also. And as I mentioned earlier in the thread, the GTR lapped 5 seconds quicker on a road course than the 911 turbo and z06.

NO, it did not. There was nothing factory stock about ANY of the Nissian supplied test GTRs. Those times where are all greatly exaggerated and in a 'built' factory car. A prepped (insert any turbo all wheel drive car here) with more boost, suspension mods, and race slicks, could probably run quicker times too
I have nothing against Japanese cars just most people that try to build them. The GTR however is ugly, fat, over priced, and over hyped.
