And I warned him about the tail lights, but he likes them. Different strokes for different folks, I mean look at all the hate on my car, but it doesn't matter to me because it's what I like. Give the guy props for getting it running and up here, which is more than can be said about alot of the shite talkers!

they would need to be painted, they are red, but they are in great shape, no cracks or damage. i have seen guys paint them and they turn out pretty good.

actually, even if they were red they would look better than the ones he has now :rolf

Ryan, over all the car looked really good at the show, I wish I would of gotten the oppertunity to tell you in person. In my opinion, though, the tails throws the look off by a lot. I agree that the stock cheese grader tails wernt as nice as the rest of the car, and are a pain in the ass to paint. Personally if you went with some 86 tails it would stil give it hte clean look or even some smoked LX tails........if you want I can give you the link on where to get some.....however my opinion dosnt mean shit, and if you like them on there then that is all that matters......

I think the car looks pretty. I give Ryan a whole lot of credit for putting on the tail lights he wanted, knowing very well that a lot of people would not agree with his choice. Tha car scene overall tends a lot towards "high-school" mentality, and there is often peer pressure to follow the herd in what one does to their car. If you vary from the accepted ideal, you usually end up getting some kind of sh*t for it, whether it's kidding around, or all-out mean-spiritedness. My cars DO NOT fit into that accepted ideal, and I have often heard a lot of sh*t-talking, but so what? Ryan, keep your tail lights, they look cool, and your car is very nice!
