Anybody have any good or bad experiences with home builders in this area.
I'm thinking higher end (Kings Way as an example), but any experiences would
help.

I work in the office/shop for a electrical contractor. we do Westridge/life homes, Joesph douglas, Trumpeter Homes and some other small builders. Westridge/life has some serious homes if ur looking for a $$$$$ high dollar home but have cheaper homes also that carry alot of luxuary. The others are really nice too, to give u an idea to look at.

personally i think all new houses are built cheap and poorly my dad has been in teh construction business for almost 30 years now and my uncle just got a house built and my dad found so many things wrong with it, it costed an extra like 35 grand to fix wat was wrong with the place

Why not Miracle or Bielinski, Lash and cobra?

Bielinski is the biggest bunch of hacks. It's all about quantity....not quality with them.



Theres a lot of things to look at when building.....most of which you should just upgrade right away.... especially parts of the structure like roof trusses. A lot of builders like to put 2x4 trusses on 24" centers. You'll pay for that mistake in the future.
