Displacement (4.6 vs 5.4), and I don't think the 5.4 is DOHC, and it might have a different V angle as well, but I'm not sure about that.

About the car: That's cool and all, but I don't really see the point. Seems like a whole lot of effort when he could've just twin turbo'd it.

That was a neat project, but the paint scheme is terrible!

That reminds me of when we first put the supercharger on your car bobby. Few cuts, few more cuts....fits perfect. :thumbsup

Whats the difference between that engine and one from a termi?Two valve versus 4 or 3...and the 5.4 is a tall deck engine to accomodate the extra stroke 0.65" length (the 4.6 and 5.4 share the same 3.55" bore size) they had to raise the deck. Makes the engine taller and wider...otherwise they are pretty much the same.
