Is anyone in need of storage space? I may have 20,000 available soon if I get enough interest to fill the dead space.. let me know

The warehouse is owned by Miller brewery. Its downtown and has 8 foot barbed wire fences surrounding and 24 hour access/guarded locked security.

I would like 3 month increments to start then go month to month. I havent come up with an exact price yet but will after I talk to my partner. I will be running a shop out of the warehouse so working spaces will def be an option but will cost more. Its a 2 story warehouse with a cement ramp up to the second floor. The ramp at the bottom and at the top are pretty steep but may only require a semi-dismantling of a front and/or rear fascia. Havent tried yet.

it would prolly be cheaper to dig up my house and move it into your warehouse, than pay my taxes:rolf:rolf:rolf :headbang

Yeah, how much? I am in the process of moving here. I have a lot of crap.

I also have some vehicles. I'm certain I could get them up to the second story. It'd be nice to know I had a backup plan for storing vehicles if I can't find a house with a big enough yard or frowns upon having a "fleet" of my magnitude in the yard. I also have a 18+2 car hauler that I could use a home for in case I can't park it in my yard.

Hi Folks, I'm Travis's partner. Ideally we would like $100 a month per car, or space that would be about the size of a car. and you can work on it whenever you want, presuming one of us is there, and at least one of us will be there almost every day of the week since our cars, projects and business will be there.

We decided on $100 a month for working stalls and $60 for cars in for storage door to door (crawl out the window to get out, well not really but you get it) storage. When I say working stall I mean you will have enough room to maneuver around the vehicle with probably enough room to take off the tire and such and room front and back. I will have a rack and air set up and if you need that we can work something out. 3 month interval at first then month to month. Serious inquiries only!

Lets figure out who is serious here and get the show on the road.

I thought the $40 a month I've offered for the past 5 years was a good deal.
