Yes, it's a scam. It creates hydrogen and Oxygen through electrolosis, but not enough to where it's going to affect your fuel economy. You would need it pressurized into a cylinder like a nitrous tank where you're talking 10s of cubic feet at a few thousand PSI. A few cubic inches at just above atmospheric pressure isn't enough to do anything with. I don't know why they would have you add baking soda and vinegar (and change the water?). All that's going to do is create a bunch of CO2. Maybe that pressurizes the chamber so it makes you *think* it's actually producing more gass than it really is.

Damn it, why don't I just go out to menards, buy some PVC, spraypaint it red and yellow and sell a bunch of these things.
