Just got back from a showing. Completely worth the price of a ticket and then some. Ending is odd but the other 99.99% is spot on. Says pg-13 but just go with pg for the exactly 5 seconds of what people may object to.

Did you stay till after the credits? Apparently theres a teaser scene?

I took off tomorrow, so I'm going to try seeing it during the day.

If there was it was way into the credits because I waited for a while. If there is I will be sure to catch it the next time I see it :)

From what I saw on AOTS tonite, at the end of the credits is a 40 min scene with Samuel Jackson. He plays Nick Fury of SHIELD.

Just came back, and it might be the best of the comic book movies. If not a close second to Batman Begins.

And the end scene is cool if you're a comic book geek. If not, it may not mean much to you. The credits do take forever...

I'm probably if anything over critical of movies (and most other things lol) so I kinda expected quite bit going in. And I really never felt there was an area where I was like "this is lame". There's good action, the right mix of comedy. And the CGI is easily the best of the comic movies. It's not at all like the 3 spiderman movies where it looked good for 1/3rd of the movie and then other parts look like they did it on a Commodore 64.

The 3 previews before the movie all looks good. Hulk, Indy and Batman.

And I know that I don't see alot of movies in theaters when I'm shocked at how many commercials they jam in beforehand. I was seriously sitting there going WTF?. It was like 10 minutes worth.

oh damm, another hulk disaster?

Actually this Hulk looks good. It's got Ed Norton in it for one. So it's a good actor. And the CGI looks way better.

the first hulk was an embarassment...so much so that they are doing a complete do-over, not even acknowledging the first one (which is what I argue should be done with STAR WARS episode 1-3). Ed Norton as Bruce banner should be decent.

Totally stoked for the summer blockbuster season!

Yep, we waited for what seemed an eternity for that little clip.

But the mokvie was fantastic on the big screen. Downey Jr. is a great actor and really made the movie. As he does with most everything he is in.

Like I said unless you're a comic geek the scene really doesn't mean much. Mostly it's just a teaser for what #2 might have in store.

Best movie I have seen in a long long time. Couldn't have picked a better person than Downey Jr. He was the perfect guy for the role!!!

A few hilarious parts as well. "10% throttle control" POOF!!! hahaha....I was rolling at that part!

Just saw Iron Man earlier today. It was pretty good, but I didn't stick around to check out the Sam Jackson scene at the end of the credits. I figure I'll probably be able to find the scene on youtube soon.

Sidenote - I laughed my azz off when I saw Stan Lee's cameo.

Saw the movie tonight....I am amazed at how awesome it is.

I don't wanna spoil it...but was that War Machine or just another form Iron Man suit, towards the end...big fight scene.

The movie was AWESOME. The casting was perfect - not just Downey but Jeff Bridges (any movie with The Dude in it has to be awesome!), Gwyneth Paltrow, Leslie Bibb, Terrance Howard (Rhodes/War Machine). Funniest of all was Stan Lee as Hugh Heffner lol. As far as teasers, I'm guessing the sequel will also have Terrance Howard (Rhodes) suit up as War Machine.

/concur - I think he meant the other suit at Stark's house where Rhodey glances at it and says "maybe next time" kinda line. It was silver/grey so yes indeed it was the War Machine suit.
