I don't know who does and who doesn't know.
But last year my dad got Royal Purple as a sponser for his Sprint car, along with that he also was offered a job as a distributor of RP.

Well this year we started our own racing company and built our own car and still have RP as one of our major sponsers. Long story short, I will be able to sell and pickup oil for customers also, without having to go through my father. I am going to meet with one of the Royal Purple guys this Thursday hopefully and get my own account set up. To get product I will either A.) Have to pay for it myself and then have the "buyer" pay me when I drop it off or B.) "buyer" gives me the cash, I go get the product and deliver. I will try to give anyone on BCM as big of a "hook-up" as I can get. If you are interested shoot me a PM...I should be able to start getting product hopefully early next month.

Ton of smoke? You sure its caused by a Royal Purple product?

Did it start right when you started using it? What are you using (5w30, 10w30, ect)?

I read Yoo's post and thought it was sarcastic. Meaning the RP made his tires smoke too much. Maybe I read it wrong.

I honestly have never heard of anyone having problems with their car smoking when using royal purple....but I mean there is a first for everything I guess.

seriously after switching to RP 10/30, every hard run has a ton of smoke now out the tailpipes. Before I was using Mobil one turbo formula 10/30 with NO smoke at all, I will try one more viscosity before I dump it and try Amsoil(which is what I wanted in the first place).

IF you decide to go Amsoil let me know, I can get you a very good price on it, I am a dealer for them. Try another grade of RP first though, see if it clears up.

I've NEVER had a problem with Mobil 1 in the wagon.....could never justify the pricey amsoil stuff

That's a great place to go as well. We only purchase it for use in our racecar and for one of our neighbors for his kart racing. Not really interested in being a public dealer.

being an Amsoil dealer is the male version of a Tupperware lady.
