Well if it means anything their business phone is actually an AT&T cell phone; http://www.whitepages.com/search/ReversePhone?full_phone=414-426-6249&localtime=survey

Why not just get a less bulky unit like the PLX-M300 instead? replacement sensors are around $75 a piece. I have had excellent luck with the PLX products over the years. The LM-1 is a little out dated in my opinion.

As well, I sorta know that guy; never done business with him.

Personally, I would rather send you directly to PLX or to a place like www.horsepowerfreaks.com instead.

I had a M250 and now have 2 SM-AFRs. The biggest reason to switch is now that EFILive is starting to support Serial AFR signal instead of analog.

At $279, that is a good price. I know the LM2 is do out next month but they retail for $439 or more, maybe $469.00 All of a sudden, the LM1 doesn't seem like a bad option at that price.

A few guys on EFILive have converted SM-AFR with a db9 connector and modified the ic board. I am not skilled enough to do my own. The LM-1 only needs a cable I can buy from a guy of another forum.

I actually started with teh LC-1 and hated it but I have heard good things about the LM-1. I've been wrong before though!

It would be hard to beat the current LS1Tech.com Group Purchase of a PLX SM AFR+ DM5 wideband, sensor, and 2 1/16" gauge display combo for $225 shipped: http://ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=674815

You just have to PM the shop who started the thread.

I have 2 PLX M-300s and I'm very satisfied, I have no reason to believe the new SM AFR isn't just as good.

The Innovate LM-1 is enormous in size, at least as big as a graphing calculator.

That big? I thought it was the size of the EFILive V2.

I am not much of an ic person but I think I can buy a DS275 IC board, a DB9 plug and get my SM-AFR to give me a serial signal for tracking AFR.

The size of the LM-1 is definitely a turn off!
