I'm no import expert but I think it's a Nissan Skyline, here's what the video poster commented:

2speed powerglide , 2.6littre engine , hks t51r turbo and the car is making 1015 hp on the wheels, But this is old setup
the car is runing a liberty airshifted 4 speed gear box now and a 3 littre engine autronic ecu + methanol and this beast will soon be loose wait 4 more
