mmmmm Dark grey nd black wheels with a polished lip. I've always thought the grey that lexus uses on the IS300 and a few others would look great on an rx7, maybe a bit lighter though.

tires were like that when I picked it up. they are also stretched like a mofo, not the right size tires.

I have a working rotory drivetrain. Might do that for this year then LSx after. My LSx knowledge is limited so unless someone here can advise me what to get from where and for how much... I'm all ears. I have a pretty good budget set aside.

If you want to do an LS1 swap, get a hold of Turbogarret here. The LS1 I have now is the old motor out of his RX7. They make a whole swap kit. K-member, headers, all the hydraulic stuff for a T-56 swap.

Rob Williams (BigBoost) has some Ls1 parts, I'm not sure if its a short or long block but I talked to him about it a while back.

Maybe check in with him? Otherwise, I'm sure I'll see him soon, I'll ask him if I remember.

I would keep it white. But a bright white. Like the brightest fuggin white you can find!! So it glows when it drives down the road. Then a ton of clear (or however they do that) to make it shine real nice under the city lights.

The name of the lexus grey from the IS300 is graphite grey pearl. It's an awesome color, a buddy of mine's all-trac is done in that color, it's almost black at night.

And I really don't think you can go wrong with engine choices...the RX was a blast with the lightly modded Wankel, and it'd likely be a blast with a v8/ls/whatever you wanted to drop in there. Hard to make a bad choice really...although, if you stick with the rotary, maybe you could freshen it up a tad :thumbsup

Not these wheels specifically, but probably 17x9 +22 in front and 18X10 +20 in rear like this one has below. I like a lot of lip.

Its missing the fender flares I plan on. This does show the front bumber and side skirts I will go with.

With fender flares 18x9 +6 front and 19x10 +6 rear.. but I think you end up playing with camber to get to fit.

The burnout kit is very clean, good choice! It looks much better with a properly sized wheel/tire combo:D

Tore more stuff off today. Didn't get started till 6pm and went to about 10:30pm Some of the stuff took a bit of thinking how the hell it comes off.
Headliner, sunroof, power antenna, and tail lights to name a few.

I'm shaving the antenna. Here's a couple of quick pics, nothing special yet.
Still undecided on a color and I have to figure that out this week. (Dad wants his garage back :) )

Toyota's Flint Mica (dark grey) is the best charcoal grey I have ever seen. So much metal flake, its beautiful. Andy, check it out if you haven't seen it. Wilde should have a Yaris or a Camry on the lot in that color
