Dark Blue Mustang Hatch w/Turbo

I was next to a dark blue 87-93 Mustang LX hatchback with older Cobra rims and what sounded like a turbo on it. He stuck it quick while next to me and heard a wastegate. It had numbers on the window like it was at the track and some point in time.
It was heading south on Pennsylvania thru the Layton Ave lights. I was next to it and turned left onto Layton and he continued straight on Pennsylvania.

Anyone seen, heard or know anything about it??

It had numbers on the back window although they could still be on there from when the car was at the track 2 years ago for all I know.

i saw the "fast fox" on hwy on friday, and i thought i heard it spool up but i wasen't sure. it coulda been the honda next to it.

Yeah that car has a pretty big turbo on it! Hes a good friend of mine. Hes still waiting to get it tuned!
