While I have no opinion of that TV, I will say I absolutely LOVE my 42" Panasonic Plasma 1080. Mine was cheaper than that too, though its only 42" and not 46".

Worked for one day then broke. Since Newegg don't take bulk items back I was stuck dealing with Toshiba support. What a nightmare. A month later I still didn't have a resolution.

I <3 my Sony TV... That's my input... Plus, idk about buying a TV online... Maybe if you can find the same model you can get a price match at a local store...

I was just Using New Egg for the reference to the TV. I have heard nothing but good things about samsung but I am open to suggestions. I dont want a plasma though. So lets hear see your thoughts
