So my restaurant got robbed this morning.

Most restaurants don't deposite their prior day deposites untill the next day. So going in at 8 AM is the best bet to get the prior days cash. I'm managed alot of restaurants and I never left the doors unlocked when I opened. It's just foolish. We always had buzzers on our back doors for the cooks/servers to enter. They would ring the buzzer and I would check to see who it was before I opened it. Sorry to hear about this Yooo, I blame the manager for being lazy though.

yeah Chris I got robbed 7 years ago after riversplash. I shoved teh guy and chased him down but his 2 hommies that were assisting him kinda scared some reason into me.they got away with like $2g but ALL SINLGES!!! The dumbass grabbed stacks of singles and left the big bills which equaled over $15k

I spent 15 years in restaurants, last 10 in management, last 4 as a GM. I was paranoid as hell about locked doors, when we were closed and before we were open. I think Yoo is right, laziness is completely different than doing that. Laziness is not sweeping under all the benches, or putting the chairs up at night, not something that unsafe.

i worked in a liquor store in madison 2 summers back. some dude walked in near closing time and robbed us. he pulled a 38 special on us. he took all the money in the register and a bottle of sailor jerry. i said to the dude.." dude take the money just get the ******* gun out of my face." he then power tripped. and started telling me he was going to ******* shoot me if i didnt do what he said.. the never caught the ****er.. i quit 2 days later.
