So after riding the motorcycle a bit and then riding my friends GSXR 750 last week, I want to pick up an 06 or 07 GSXR 750. I have called Chicago Cycle and they dont have any newer ones, there are a few on Ebay, but either west coast or east coast. Anyone know of some for sale locally? Any help on where to look? I have a few people interested in my bike, but may trade it in if I can get a decent price at the dealer.

That's what I was going to say. Both my motorcycles I've purchased from here and got the highest trade in price for my old motorcycle here at the time.

road track and trail would be your best bet, escpcially on your trade in if its clean, my buddy traded his tl in there and only had to put up like 200 on top for an 03 750, they go nutty for v-twin rockets there.

Yeah, I'd rather get the 750.... 1000 is tempting though. I dont think the 05 has the slipper clutch though.

I have a 03 GSXR 1000 Engine, Frame, and Swingarm I could part with. Spare parts for my track bike but could be built up for a small fortune.

Considering I sold that track bike, i no longer need these.

Because I no longer have any connections and am in the same boat as everyone else. Other then bike parts and a SMALL discount on new bikes im screwed. My friends dad sold the dealership a few months ago. THis is putting stress on me now to, paying an extra 2K for a new bike sucks....
