I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath large apt in new berlin, right on calhoun rd and cleveland ave. rent would be 350 a month I supply all utilities, take as long a shower as you want haha. No pets alowed, unless you want to pay the extra fee for them. small balcony with sliding door, upper level, good quiet neighbors, myself and the GF are probly the only people that make any noise at all aroud there, whem Im home at least. I am gone from 6:00 am till 10:00 pm 7 days a week with a few exceptions of course. Lots of parking room but its outside and free. NO DRUGS ALLOWED!!!!!!! STRICTLY ENFORCED!!!! Beer is ok if its not excessive, and no smoking inside, balcony is ok. Rent due at the first of each month, 5th at the latest.
