I ordered headers, a H-pipe and MIL eliminators from lethal a while back... The H-pipe seems to be the one I ordered, but I never got the MILs and instead they sent me O2 extenders and the chrome version of the headers I ordered which are $100 more... Anyone else have something like this happen?

No but if you call them and let them know your problem they will gladly help you, they have pretty good customer service.
