Motorcycle carb rebuilder or exchange???

A friend of mine has an older GXSR and has had carb problems with it. They have been cleaned several times but he continues to have problems with them. Does anyone know of a good rebuild service or someplace that would possibly do an exchange??

IF YOUR NOT IN A RUSH... I COULD TAKE A LOOK AT THEM??....

what yr gsxr?? what happends is the needles wear out or the tank sealer starts to resovle and put small debris in the fuel........
