Title question.

I want to buy this bike from a friend of mine the only problem is that it has some sort of lean on the title. My friend bought it and tried to register it but couldnt because previous owner had a child support lean???? is that even possible?

I will be investigating it more in detail tommorow. But is there any loopholes to getting around this?

Yes it's possible. It happened to my ex-wife when didn't pay up. No way around it.

yeah, The big question I ask "is it a clean title". If the seller says anything else besides yes then i'm outta there.

Yea I haven't boughten it, I'm looking into the title as we speak but it's so tempting just to buy it nowits a 2001 ninja 250r, it may be a small bike but for a small job commute it would do fine and with only 1400 miles for $300 bucks....
