My parents are looking at purchasing a vehicle there. I'd much rather see the commission go to someone here, and expect that my parents be treated with the utmost respect.

I would go to Andrew Toyota instead. They treated me exceptionally well.

Wilde has a good group of guys. I know of a few guys from years ago. I know they are still there but not sure of the departments (new or used)

Randy Dunn is the head manager of the place.

Kevin Nelson was is in sales (super guy)

Douge Buer I believe runs the budget lot for used still.

Thats what I would prefer, but they've picked out the truck that they want.

They couldn't find the same truck at a different Toyota dealership? Oh are they set on that truck and thats it?

Yep, but they won't allow it since someone is interested in it. But they can find it elsewhere in this region.

I can get you hooked up at Heiser Toyota, but Coop's at Andrew and I'm not really liking our Toyota store right now :)

I have had nothing but BAD experiences at Wilde Toyota.... both with their sales staff and their service people.... good luck if you decide to go there.
