my buddy and i are going to bring his 06 cummins up. after the winter mods were interested to see what it will spin. 585/1200+ was the last pull. what does your dyno flat line at for torque? might want to run it last if you want to breath or see in there for a while lol:durr

i don't think he has changed his name? and that setup should be good for a easy 700Wheel.

What does your Dyno read to Hp/Tq. i talked to a buddy who asked what the payout is if he pegs the HP lol.

Actually he has, was the guy that claimed to own the Z06 that no one ever saw that he got from his grandfather. Somthing "GTP" i believe. I remember when he was getting grilled by a bunch of the guys on this board. I was relatively new here when it happened.

Were talking about a HUGE show here, attendance is expected to be 200-300 people/ cars. were also working with GLD as a show sponsor. the burnout box will have water hose and wheel chocks, possible prize for best burnout as well. The buick nitrous blowup tickets will be sold for $5.00 each and the prize guessing the closest hp will be two hours on the dyno with A/F free scheduled at a later date for the winner. We are still sorting out the prizes for all other classes, but i can tell you that 3rd place will be $50.00 min. for any class, in cash, and it gets better from there!

Ill see what i can do for the snowmobils we have a motorcycle feature, just need to fuigure a way to mount them up there. Also, ATS Diesel Performance may be a show sponsor and come alll the way out from Colorado to attend with some of their trucks. Also, a truck pull/tug of war will most likely be in the works for you guys as well. And yes the driveway is dirt that is in better shape than the paved roads out there haha. Its also very short. Donny, It would be great to have you guys come up there. Ill call in a bit today and talk about more details with you.

Well, heres an update, the sponsors are in!!! First place in all 7 classes will be sponsored by our local AMSOIL rep, with $100.00 credit towards ANY AMSOIL product for the winner, Thank you Scott Swenson!!! Second place will be sponsored with $75.00 cash by ATD transmission and Automotive Engine Rebuilders in Waukesha. Thanks to Mike, Charlie, and Scott from ATD and Donny Kompas from AER.Third place will be $50.00 cash sponsored by WestBend Dyno. The burnout competition is sponosred by Staytuned Audio with $150.00 store credit for tires or whatever else you may want, thank you Chris. Tug of war is not official, just havent gotten enough positive response to set it up. ATS Diesel WILL NOT be attending or sponsoring, "not enough diesel action, too much gas stuff" Sorry, I tried..... Lets do this thing and make it big, should be a massive turnout from what I am seeing already.
We will be preregistering for the competition when the time comes, make sure you get signed up before hand, cause there will be more people wanting to run than we can handle in 3 days. Thanks, Forest. 1-262-692-9035, shop. 1-414-322-0280 cell.

So Forest. We got our hands on that 89 F250 4x4, has no brakes, smells like rat piss and had corn growing in the bed. Sad enough though, the 460 in it still runs like a beast and the 4 wheel drive works perfectly. If you do the tug o war were thinking about just running it till it blows up. OR you could blow it up on the dyno!

Either way, im stripping the axles and its going to the junk yard.....

would be nice, and we do have a solution, but for the dyno event it will stay the same. there has been hundreds of these dynos sold with not a single issue of oil starvation ever reported. if you put a car on it you will notice its really not at a big angle at all, long wheelbase trucks are at the most risk.

Carbureted cars need to be level in order to have the float levels in the carb bowls be correct. The car won't be going down the track with a rake forward. When do you think you will have the situation fixed?

I agree somwhat, what about all the gforces from the hard lateral acceleration, and sever angle of doing a wheelie? I think maybe that would have more affect on your oil level and fuel levels than being on a slight incline...... I rarley see cars doing wheelie competitions going lean or starving of oil. Ask ScottieK if his car ever went lean or smoked the bearings cause of his launch and wheelie angle. Just a thought....

True, but I think it is a much different story from a launch than at 7500rpm in high gear. (Like you would be on a dyno pull) I don't mean to be a ****, I was curious because you are the closest Mustang dyno in the area. I want a dyno thats going to lug the motor down and use the fuel/see the boost as it would at the track. For turbo cars I hear the mustang dynos are the only way to go.
