Just wondering how long it will last. Is it really hard on the sensors or do they handle it pretty well? BS3/FAST guys?

I always change my Wideband 02 every spring, I let it go for a few years once and I had one give me false readings (excessively rich thank God)...
I only use race gas at the track a few times a year

I was running on in my car, running half regular/half leaded. I never had to change it. Maybe I got lucky, but I never had any problems.

Depends on the sensor, some handle lead better than others. The NTK sensors supposedly handle lead pretty well. Bosch sensors on the other hand, do not.

Me and Adam run the PLX M-300 with the Bosch LSU4.2 sensor. The sensor only costs $50-$70 to replace. I have ran a few tanks of leaded 110 race gas and it felt like it slowed the sensor a tiny amount (maybe it was all in my head). Other than that it has been working fine. So I think you'd really have to run a lot to ruin one. I would estimate I have run 50-100 gallons of race gas through my ~4 yr old wideband and its working great.

Really 4yrs on the same sensor! Wow, I changed mine after only 10k miles because it had noticeably slowed down on my Innovate setup. I use the same sensor I think, it is a bosch unit with 5 wires.

I am running a BS3 setup. Not sure which wideband setup it comes with. I am just thinking about pulleying up a bit and want the safety of the extra octane. Anyone fill up at the shell or whatever on lincoln?

Depends on the brand of fuel you use, VP and Torco kills them fast, Sunoco and Cam2 a year or two with 100% 110 and 116......

People that have used the FJO + Bosch sensors on Supra Forums have had very mixed experiences with that sensor. Some have lasted through a single tank of leadded, others have gone much longer. They are nice and cheap though, whereas the NTKs cost maybe 3 times as much. My setup will only allow Bosch or NTK, so I'm going to try NTK first and go from there.

I ran a total of about 5k miles on lead gas and my sensor is still reading good.
