Time for a new sump pump in the basement. How easy (or difficult) is it to do one of these?

I havent even looked closely at how the thing is hooked up in there, I just know the thing is at least 15 years old, and I hear up to 2in. of rain this week, so for the price of a pump, its cheap insurance. better replace it now then to come home and find 2in. of water in the basement.
