having found space suddenly available in my place (yay), i would like to put up some nice car art that I was once not allowed to do :)

I'm not talking silly posters, but real stuff like:

http://www.carartinc.com/products.aspx?x=2&f=cat1&v=AMERICAN+RACING&t=s&ttl=cat1&tmp=1&menu=C2304&detID=793&pg=0&d=1

I know I could just use that WHOLE site... but I'm talking locally.

I found paintings I liked, then bought the prints online. I didn't pay more then $20 for any one print. I built frames myself that cost about $3 each for materials. Turned out pretty well, and much cheaper then buying a painting. I did this with airplane stuff, not cars.

My brother went to wal-mart and got this pic (that I took and edited) blown up into like a 6x8 and put it in a frame. It looks neat. He had the digital original so the quality is nice and I don't think it cost much.

I would take a wide roller and some black paint and make it look like someone did a burnout across your wall. You can always put a autozone spoiler on top the fridge for that racing look.
