I didn't know exactly where to post this so sorry if it shouldn't be here...
My situation is this: i finally found a set of rims that I actually want for my car, but they come in chrome and only chrome. They are replicas of iroc rims but come in 18" versions instead of the stock 16" versions. What I would like to do is have them painted to match the original iroc design. Is there any way I could have this done while keeping parts chrome or do I have to strip the rims, polish the non painted parts, and then paint them? I attached pics so you know what I'm talking about here. Oh and if anybody knows a place that can help me out any help would be appreciated.

They are chrome plated aluminum. All that would have to be done is scuff the chrome *CAREFULLY* in those areas and have at it.
