Just checking to see if anybody on here deals with transporting of vehicles, or know someone that does. I'd like to deal with somebody that's licensed/insured/bonded to avoid any complications should they come up. I normally wouldn't care about finding someone that's 'legit' in doing this but the car I'm possibly getting is VERY nice and somewhat of a collectable.....
I would need the car shipped from Waco, TX to Milwaukee, WI ===> http://www.mapquest.com/maps/Waco+TX/5300+S+Howell+Ave+Milwaukee+WI+53207/. It runs, drives, and is 100% complete being a stock mid-sized sedan. I would also consider paying extra for an enclosed trailer.....

Well of course it's is a car :chair: , but I was referring to the kind of mid-sized sedans I'm 'involved' with. Nothing to get too excited about for most but I like them.....:headbang

There was a article in Super Chevy in the last issue and they actually recommended a company. I can find it if you want.

Let me know what prices you come up with and I'll let you know if I can beat them. I use an enclosed trailer, fully insured but unlicensed.

I found this thread through the search function and realise it's kind of old, but I was wondering if there was a consensus about a good local shipper? I've not gotten the best vibe from some of the companies I've talked to-some seemed downright shady. I got a pretty price from A-1 Transport, but don't much about them (you can find them at this link (https://www.a1autotransport.com/services/car-shipping-rates.php)) and would love to hear some feedback if someone's used them before. Cheers.
