you sallys need to man up and get a truck then. even if its a beater 4x4 s10. Personally, I'd rather have a 4x4 truck then a performance car I can only drive 4 or 5 months out of the year. I will never own another performance car again unless I have some sort of 4x4 too.

Not interested in a truck. Really, my caprice is "fun enough" for a DD, though I think I would prefer a V6 5 speed f-body.... or other "detuned" large sports car.... or hell maybe even a turbo or V8, if it was already beat on / driven in winters.

Thats the truth!!! My 06 Vmax was a beast in the snow. The diesel is not quite as fun....yet...... Because it doesnt rev up as fast.

How is that "fun"? I've been in AWDs in snow, it doesn't appeal. :confused

Oh and I much prefer being low to the ground.... thus the desire for some kind of larger sports car.... the caprice even sits a little too high for my taste.

People, look outside, though, we just got 17 inches only 4 days ago, and most of it's already GONE........They are predicting 8 inches Thursday, that's gonna last only a few days, then it too will liquefy and disappear. Don't worry, it'll stop. Remember last year? We got 10 inches in April, then a few weeks later it was warm and beautiful, and stayed that way for 6 months!! Take heart, it'll be nice soon! :)
