That was the biggest thing I hated about southern california, you would think you were in f'n mexico.....

I truly believe you should have to learn the official language of a country to become a LEGAL resident. And if your not here legally, well...... You already know my oppinion on that!

Being that my family is from Philly, i've been there on numerous occaisons. the owner is THE SHIT!!! it's been that way for years because of how diverse philly actually is. whenever we'd drive in from WI, he'd have the shit ready for my grandmother to pick up even late at night since we wouldn't get in till 11pm sometimes.
