bahhhhhh So p0rk and I carpool together to work. We have to start at 5am. I park at his house at 4am. West Allis parking rules I believe, you must have a permit to park on the street from I think 1 or 2am till 6am, **I think**. So if I am accurate in those times, my vehicle is only on the street for 2 hours a day during regulated parking times. I have no permit. We got back to his house today after work and find a nice yellow slip of paper on my windshield laughing at me. $20 bucks! And its not even the money, its the principle of the thing. im gonna go ***** about it tomorrow. No ****** way am I going to buy a parking permit for 3 days a week 2 hours a day. **** THAT!!!! :flipoff2: :chair: :punch:

Principle of what? You were parked on the road during a time where you are required to have a parking permit... Where is there a principle of anything other than to go and get a parking permit so you don't get a ticket?

i understand this, but here I am tryin to carpool, save the environment (like i give a shit lol) save some money.... but I think the gayest part about that ticket was if parking rules are over at 6am, the time on the ticket is 5:57 :(

I have forgotten to pull my car in the driveway a couple time and gotten tickets when the jagholes that lived by me leave their piece of crap plow trucks and other cars sitting on the road get nothing damn near everynight. One night the city plow could get by because of the aholes
Just going to have to suck it up and either play the odds or get a permit.

nah, west allis is homosexual, they have parking laws 24/7. If you live there and need to park on the street 24/7, you need a permit 24/7. I think a yearly permit is like 75 bucks or somethin dumb.

**** em. park n ride is actually souf of where we work, aka in the opposite direction. we head norf. I dont trust the park n ride anyway. some mother****er would probably break into my truck and steal my OEM in dash CD changer and bose speakers yaaaaa

Shorewood is like that too, weekdays 12 to 6 AM, but free on the weekends at least. Can you park free on the weekends? What can you do? Just piss and moan? Just get a permit and be done with it.

Be funny as hell to somehow modify a stun gun to connect to a windshield wiper and activate it when someone pulls up on it. They go to pull it up to slide the ticket under....ZAP!!

I caughed up the money and just got a permit for the year. It may be lame but the law is the law. I think if you park on the right side of the street depending on the night they will be more likely to leave you alone. If they had no parking rules thats alot less money and streets cluttered with cars which might annoy me even more, personally. Backing out of a driveway in city streets with a car in direct line with your driveway stinks.
