Damn! I haven't been this charged up about a piece of software in years. Here are the claims they make:

Experience the fastest Firefox ever — twice to three times as fast on today's complex web applications like Google Mail or Zoho Office.

continued improvements to memory usage drastically reduce the amount of memory consumed over long web browsing sessions.

I've been using it for 24 hours so far, about 60 tabs, instead of taking up 350MB RAM it's taking 150MB!! And I just can't believe how fast it loads new tabs of Forum Search Results Pages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... etc.!

Welcome to the future!! :thumbsup

This is a Beta 4 release (Not 100% officially complete & bug free) so don't download if you aren't very good with computers.. (the Final release will be out in a few months). I haven't had any crashes or bugs so far.

So this is only for older computers?

Its good for any computer, especially older ones because they run the slowest and need the most help.

I changed the wording in the 1st post to be more precise.

I downloaded it and am running it on my laptop. I keep getting errors, but it never closes the browser. Doesn't seem faster to me either. I'll keep using it and see what happens.

What type of errors? Sounds really messed up. I have tested it on three Windows 2000 computers with great success.

I apologize for wasting your time if it's a bum deal on your computer... It really woke mine up BIG time. :confused
