That's one positive to not buying winter beaters anymore and having a decent daily driver. It's easier to fight that itch to pull the nice car out when you're driving something ok. Back when I had some real POS cars for winter the first time it got above 40 I wanted to pull the car out.

My dad called me this weekend and said he took his C6 out to East Troy to get gas. Said he had the "bug". He said he cleaned it up and put it back away.

i'm just ******* around. my dad's boss called when he was in AZ. boss said he was at a musclecar place down there. asked him what his favorite car was and that if he wanted, he'd buy whatever it was as part of his year end bonus. dad thought about it for a second and realized how badly my mom would kill him for something like that, hahaha

he's done it twice now. First time the car my dad really wanted, his boss was actually standing right in front of exactly what my dad described, hahaha.

so this spring(about 3 weeks ago actually), asked him again since he was down there, so my dad made it harder.... green '69 GTO 4speed convertible w/ black interior and black top....

supposedly have one in "storage" down there, hahaha
