A ford racing cam grind for a small block ford. Id rather run a comp cam over one of those old grinds.

any nitrous girnd will work, but you wont have anything off the bottle, if it was me, i would go with a good cam that will make you most HP with what you have on all motor and the spray will just be a bouns.

theyre well worth it if your gonna be on the bottle all the time. ive read sometime youll free up an extra 35-50 hp by going to a spray only cam, but thats talking a lot of spray. but you will have a dog with out it so its almost not worth it.

Heres a normal comp grind: XE274HR

Both would work good for a street strip car with a stall, gears, and a decent set of heads.
