Any interest in doing the occasional hang out at random spots throughout the summer? I know that Gilles/Culvers is always out there but is there interest in checking out some other spots? Cruise to Waynes one night in Grafton, maybe a stop down as a group to Georgie Porgies on a saturday night?

What are you guys thinkin? I'm always up to head out with the car once the weather is nice :banana1:

anything 20 years old or older right?

jbiscuit

yea I'd think so???? Is that fair? Its just meant for those of us with like interests in classics to get together is all. There are a lot of us on here with classic vehicles so I figure why not try and get a bunch of them together at the same time at the same place! :)

How about a trip to Gus's in East Troy? ;)

Twenty years or older? Wow I have a classic apparently. lol

I'd be willing to try Gus's again as long as we didn't have to park in the restaurant lot like last time. It had a great turnout but I think we were doomed from when we pulled in

Well seeing your not allowing new vehicles would it be ok if I walk over im 26 so I meet the age requirements right?

you could ride wit me scotty...

I think it'd be cool to do a traveling deal...trying the stands across SE wisconsin...heck, even rating/critiquing them. From Gus's to Wayne's, from Leon's to Culver's, any place that has that "cruise-in" vibe would be a good time imo.

good idea. We can try and do something like this. I just wanted people to start thinking about this and what sounds like a good time for all. There are places around that we can hit up for sure. Shoot, I'm even cool with beer and pizza one night! :banana

412 miles x 2 = 824 total miles/14mpg = 58.86 gal.

Figure average of $3.10 Gal (fuel in Kentucky is/was .40 a gal cheaper..:stare) for 87 oct (runs fine on that with tha a/c off and no WOT) is $182.47........;)

How about this, we put your "street car" in my trailer and drag it down there with the Excursion, 824 total miles/10mpg = 82.4 gal x $3.95 gal = $325......:D

I could drag your "street car" to Kentucky and back for almost as much as it would cost you to drive it across town..............:rolf

I would like to get the bee out and do this, I think I'm going to change the gears from 4:56's to either 3:55s or 3:73s. 4-5 miles per gallon is killing me maybe I can get 8-9. LOL
