57 Chevies off I94

These are sitting on the west side of I-94 just south of Hwy 20 in Racine. It's by that little airport. Had been noticing the blue one for years but never stopped and looked.

The 4 door is sitting behind the building.

I really think that the owners of cars like these should be forced to donate them to restoration shops. Its obvious they arent going to do anything with them other than let them rot. At least this way, they have a shot of being restored and not crushed or being an eyesore.

it's not even the power it has or doesn't have. It's the Manual Brakes, 4 wheel Drum brakes, No Power Steering, Nothing that most people are used too.

They are not hard to drive, they are just hard to stop. An ls7, six-speed combo with modern amenities such as disc brakes and power steering would make that car perfect!

We'll I stopped by today at about 4:30. Looked at the blue one not too bad of shape, walked around the side and peeked at the 4 door, seen better days, good parts car at best, maybe for the 2 door. knocked at the front door, no one answered the door, but I did see the shades move just a bit. They are probably sick of clowns like us stopping and asking about their junk

They probably wont sell any ways, Like all the storys you read on Cars in Barns, Oh well someone else can try.
