When I went from 2.94's to 3.90's the learning curve was steep...for like the first 5 runs my pace was off by like .2-3tenths....then things started to even out for a couple of runs...by the end of the night I was consistently .4 tenths faster than my previous best.

I actually went for too much gear based on my combo then...which was fine because I was looking to step it up anyways to a wilder level.

can't wait to see what yours does.

Guys I really want to get a few runs in on my car in stock form before the season ends, there are howevera few minor details I still need to work on first....like the brakes.

Thursday or Saturday would be the best day for me due to my schedule. I will be checking GLD's schedule for what will work the best for me though.

You guys have fun wish I could come down and watch :(

Don't worry about the brakes...you'll be trapping in the high 70's/low 80's and at GLD you could just about coast to a stop at those speeds before the first turn off.

EDIT: BTW I was thinking about checking out saturday at GLD with the diesels racing though...:thumbsup

Chriis you don't understand. my brakes are really bad. Did a horrible job of bleeding them saturday, and now need to do it again. Get that little problem solved and I should be good. Not sure when I'll have the time to do it.

It feels like its going like a raped ape but the A** dyno doesnt hold water till i get a time slip proving so. My main concern the drive shaft and brakes. If i really lean on this bizotch its gonan come out real hard !!!!. Hauling it down on the big end is anotehr scary time.
