Yeah... I'm back (not that it matters).....

What did I miss???

Been off line a lot trying to be a better person and all that.

Switched jobs and am working at Harley in engineering now. Have my own office and all that.

Adult horseshit.....

Off to Chicago to pick up a Daytona!

So......

Here are pics of the beater I picked up in Schaumburg.

$250 as is on TurboDodge.com

The ad said:
"Motor Seized up 2 weeks ago, sitting in my driveway awaiting a part out or a sale. I just picked up an 88 pacifica and I am thinking of parting the 89 out, but make me a decent offer and the car is yours. Car ran perfect for 9 years. Motor blew a seal and had no oil pressure when it seized. Cranks slowly and wants to start. New computer, new fuel pump. Body was well kept, very little rust besdies on passenger side rocker panel. Red with gray interior. Odometer says 186k I believe.'

We rolled down with the intent of buying and didn't dig too deep on it. The seller (Barron Von Douche Bagg) stood there watching my brother and I struggle to get the damn thing on the dolly, offering nuggets of wisdom like "I don't think that's going to work!" We get it back home, up the driveway of ice and start the process. I decided to turn the key and see what happens. Rather amusing to turn the key and have the damn thing idle on the dolly. The oil pressure light is on but there isn't a death rattle to be heard.

Silly Douche Bag!

Once again being the on TurboDodge and looking for a N/A car paid off!

It looks good from a distance but the boy wonder that painted it got some amusing runs in the paint. Some appear to be uphill! It's nothing that driving it into the ground won't cure!

Nice find for $250! :thumbsup
