need exhaust pipe flared

anyone have the capabilities or know of anyone who can flare one piece of exhaust pipe for me? its a 2" pipe, only 15" long, I just need 1" of the end of it flared.

A muffler shop might do it for you for nothing or little money if you can't borrow an expander.
