FS: Decent couch and chair

Ive gotta Lazy Boy couch w/ reclining ends and basic matching chair id like to sell.

Both of which are in decent shape, no stains, no pet odors. About 10 years old. The couch has one ragged corner from pet traffic however (see pic below)

$150 for the set OBO. Must be able to pick up.
