And of course, there are those that acted indignant on the right when it was someone on the left, and act as if they don't care when it's on the right.

my $0.02 is that it's the most ridiculous story ever...no one is even saying anything happened, it's all inuendo. No proof. No evidence. Nothing more than gossip. Even the JS cut the more salacious detials out it's artical on the subject because it was very weak.

I mean, one second he's too old to be president...then another he's just a horn dog...

Surprised it came out now too...the NYT HAS been sitting on this story for months...surprised they didn't unload it 2 weeks before the election (re:bush's DUI in 2000, AWOL in 2004).

THIS is just one of the many area's I am critical of the media though.

I just think it's funny that the Drudge report, a site that leans to the Right more then anything, and a site Conservatives like to use to point out the Left's faults, is the one that first reported this.

I'm inclined to be skeptical about the veracity though...typically, if an individual truly does such things, there are "bimbo eruptions" such as bill had (flowers, jones, wiley after the fact...and many more even), and there are rumors (see kennedy's...all of them), that are "out there"

Unless it's been under wraps so tight for him (being a conservative, albeit not very and a media darling), you'd think these stories wouldn't be so well hid to not hear ANYTHING until now...especially with him serving 24 years in the Senate.

Drudge is willing to break a story like this against anyone though. He's kind of a perez hilton for DC, but with his own holywood fascination...but then, that could be because Drudge is in fact, uh, batting for the other team...lol.

But uh, if asian pun-tang is being offered to me, I'd pretty much give up any info they want. Hey! a new interrogating technique!

Well personally I hope it's true. Nothing I like more then seeing politician's skeletons in their closests get dragged into public. They always have this holier then thou attitude that drives me nuts. I prefer people to not only have character flaws but be honest about them. Hiding them makes me always wonder how messed up an individual really is.
