Roadrunner users check in

So I am going to be making the move over to cable internet from DSL. Getting sick and tired of the customer service im getting with AT&T DSL. It doesn't stay connected for more than 5 mins at a time sometimes. I can't ever get anything downloaded or anything. I probably got kicked off 2x just typing this up. So are you guys pretty satisfied with time warners customer service and the speed of roadrunner? thanks guys.

I have it, I wish it was cheaper, but overall I am satisfied. Users who like World of Warcraft or any of those types of games will appreciate the speed. I have the bundled service with cable / phone / internet.

I have the cable and wireless service through Time Warner (don't know if it's Road Runner or not) but I am completely satisfied. Any problems I've ever have had have been taken care of right away. Best choice ever imo.

I just wish it was cheaper, otherwise the internet service has always been awesome and problem free.

I'm actually thinking of downgradeing my road runner to a slower speed to save money. They have a package for $25-ish per month vs. the $40.

Road runner is almost never down, maybe a few hours a year at the most.

I have Time Warner internet, phone and cable..

The phone isn't w/o its problems but over all TW customer service is pretty good..

I've got all three as well, no problem with the phone but there are
days when me net connection stalls and the HD stations have
garbled audio.

The only real downfall to Roadrunner is if you do have a problem
there is little chance to get thru to customer service, 27min
last time and then I had to be put on hold cuz the first person
who answers just reroutes call to another employee.

I've been a TWC/RR customer since 03, Road Runner itself is great... Time Warner's customer service department has some serious issues sometimes... But if you can get past some of the customer service issues, it's all good...

our TWC service for cable and internet has NOT been very good. the cable goes out on a regular basis, and the internet as well, their customer service people have not been particularly helpful. we may end up switching.

We've had time warner cable and road runner since the day it was available in our area. Never have had any areas minus maybe an hour or two downtime every year for maintenance.

I have time warner just for the roadrunner. I love roadrunner. Speed is good, reliability is excellent, just wish it were a little cheaper like everyone else. I went to their southridge kiosk and raised hell about the price and they gave me 10 bucks off per month :D


As far as the customer service, I have no idea how roadrunners customer service is because I never had to call them once in the 8 years I've had it

I have RR... I'd say I am satisfied as long as I never have to call customer support.. My connection has been pretty solid though.

My roadrunner works great but for some reason I have to unplugged the modem and reset it once in awhile but it always starts working.

There was on time that I had to call customer service because the internet wouldn't work. It took up to thier 3rd tier of tech guys/gals to tell me that I somehow accidently hit the standby button on top of the modem. But other than that has been really good and reliable as well as the cable.

I ahve the cable and Roadrunner. Overall, I am satisfied. TWC has stepped up their customer service over the last 4-5 years which has helped. Regardless, I like the idea of choice. Hurry up ATT!

I have Time Warner at the New Berlin apartment but we have our own wireless router for it. No issues now that we have everything hooked up correctly. Customer service at Time Warner was actually really nice too. (:
