damm that is crazy, I hope everyone on teh first one were ok. I just read about the company locally that makes them and how they are making them now with extra armor and can now withstand a full ied and not blow out tires either.

This would depend on the magnitude of the explosion. I do not believe that anyone can build a functional vehicle that can "withstand" a IED blast.

Its not possible, not with current technology.
