another argument for unrestricted area concealed carry laws. just have to make sure the user is capable before issuing. no point in having a concealed weapon license and not being able to "carry in any public place"

Turns out the gunmen was from University of Illinois... our chancellor sent out an email today. Kinda scary to think it could happen anywhere any day at any school.
