I can recommend some if you would like. I used to be a real estate agent and my mother still is. So we have a whole list with a wide variety of price ranges.

I highly suggest you speak with their previous customers, ours sounded really good but was garbage we later found out. Luckily the issues our house had were easily fixed with the home warranty.

the scary part is....ANYONE can be a home inspector. I mean anyone. I called a couple guys that sounded like they were at the bar at 10am!

Make sure you find a referral of someone who is thorough with alot of experience!
I recommend you get any tradesman friends together for a walkthrough on a house you are seriously considering buying for a more in depth evaluation of their trades. Holla, Sam
