i got my dad a Garmin GPS at the Walmart "blitz" the day after thanksgiving. maybe check there website. i paid maybe $150? but i think they go for mid-high 200s regular. I LOVE IT! only problem i have had is in Downtown Milwaukee and Chicago sometimes it losses reception due to the tall buildings but other then that it is great.

Are you looking for a 'car only' unit, or a portable?
I have a Garmin GPSMap 60CSx and I take it biking, sailing, camping, driving, etc.

That thing show you all the sweet bike trails and the good waters to travel? Does it also tell you how much air is in your bike's tires, and the PH level of the water?

I've got a magellan. I got it on black friday as well. Retailed for $270, got it for $180. Has everything I need. Points of Interest, address book, car charger, windshield mount, voice turn by turn directions. I've never gotten lost with it and it's never lost reception.
