Call Mongo's brother. He used to have a lot of sportbike cans. How about something off a pocket bike? That might be closer to your size requirements.

You know I bet an all metal Sporty muffler might
be perfect, I could section out several inchs and
they are smaller in diameter. Its gonna go on a
150cc Honda of all things!

Keep me in mind, will run over to the shop anytime
you want.
