Charter Communications, which provides cable and Internet access to 2.6 million customers, accidentally and irretrievably wiped out 14,000 active email accounts while trying to clear out unused accounts

How does one buy something that is free to begin with?
Sun buys MySQL for $1 billion dollars :wooo

I wonder how they will disperse it among the thousands of contributors to the source code?

I had Charter about 7 years ago when I lived in Madison. I would never want to have anything to do with them again. They are by far worse than T-W... so thats saying something.

That's going to be a rather messy thing to resolve.

I see your 10mbps and raise you another 2mbps
12mbps down and 768kbps up for 39.99/month.
Not sure why it changed... I'm on this Telecommuter plan through work. Just one day it went from 5mbps to 8 to 12 :banana1:
And now I here TW may start charging for bandwidth usage. It's their sneaky plan to hit you with a several hundred dollar bill because you decided to surf teh pr0n , download torrents all night long, and watch movies online.
Watch.. wireless theft will become an issue real quick.

Charter here. Fine with the product, HATE the customer service. Unfortunately it's the only game in town.
