Newegg.com shows both the regular 20 Gig and the Elite Xbox 360s with the Forza/Marvel bundle still in stock.

Considering you have a 3 year from Microsoft for the portion that actually goes wrong, I wouldn't worry too much about it. That or step up to an Elite and not worry about anything
