I need to ship a back seat to South Carolina, I got one quote so far and the buyer wants me to look around for something less costly. He had thought maybe Greyhound would do something like this? Any ideas would be great thanks.

Check www.forwardair.com

If the guy you wanna ship to is close to a www.forwardair.com terminal it's hard to beat there shipping prices and fast service....they have a terminal right by Mitchell Field airport...

I've shipped via grey hound and forward air. they are both good places. I've shipped out 2 motors and a trans via forward air and they were around 100-150ish range, Ive shipped a dash via grey hound and it was like 75 dollars.

could check out R&L trucking. they are on 6th and edgerton in milwaukee (south side by airport). They palletized and shipped a trans to me, I dropped it at their dock and they took it to dudes door, I think for about $100.

Associated Bag on I think Boden Ct and Howell Ave, (its at the end of Boden ct, dead end st) you can go there and look through their catalog in their lobby, find a box that suits you, and then ask for a sample of it. They sell boxes in large quantities, so usually they will make you buy 25 of them at a time, but just tell them you want a sample, they will give you one free one :D
