Not that I am a heavy downloader, but WTF? It's not like they don't charge enough as it is. How about giving light downloaders a discount?

wow, that's lame! Why don't they just go back to the AOL days and only give you 4 hours a month too while they are at it. I don't think I download that much either but I have noticed lately that they will block my connection if I download a movie that more more than an hour and then I can't get on for a day or more. That's almost as bad as University of Illinois capping the dorm rooms to 1gb a day.

they will reset my connection if I try to download movies, and its pissin me off. I get tired of going down to the cable modem and reseting it...
